BASIC INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you:

Purposes: Manage the data of those who submit projects through the BFAero enabled website (which you access at www.bfaero.es), in accordance with the provisions of the 4th Edition Call Bases
Legitimation: Acceptance of everything established in the bases of the call for the 4th Edition, the legal obligations as well as the consent.
Recipients: The data will be communicated to all those entities that promote and collaborate with the BFAero program, formed, among others, by the Galician Agency for Innovation, the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion, XesGalicia Management Company of Closed-End Investment Entities, SAU.
Conservation terms: The data provided will be kept in accordance with what is established in each of the phases of the project as indicated in the Bases, as well as the time necessary to be able to comply with the related legal obligations and in any case as long as the consent given is not withdrawn.
International data transfer: It is not planned to carry out international data transfers, if necessary for storage purposes, they will only be made to entities that have demonstrated that they comply with the level of protection and guarantees in accordance with the parameters and requirements provided in the current regulations on data protection, such as the European Regulation, or when there is a legal authorization to carry out the international transfer.
Rights: Access, rectification, deletion, data portability, limitation and opposition, as well as the revocation of the consent given through the email protecciondatos@bfaero.es.
